Now that I'm an official interest for the sorority I want to join, I'm getting pinned tomorrow. I want to look nice because the sisters always look really good, and this is kind of an important event.

Here's what I was thinking:

http://www.target.com/p/xhilaration-juniors-strappy-dress-floral/-/A-14085398

With black leggings, a blue cardigan, and some nice flats.

How does that sound?

Make sure you’re not missing any specific dress code. I had to wear a certain color for mine. Although I think that’s a really cute outfit, and you should buy it regardless… haha.

The sisters didn’t say anything about attire, so I want to look good, but not super dressed up or formal or anything.

I already own the outfit I bought the dress over the summer because I saw it at Target and it was a good price and I thought it was really cute! And I live in cardigans and flats, so I already had those as well.

Have you met your pledge/new member educator(s)? Thats who can and will answer all of your questions. I believe this is what everyone told you on the GC forums as well (yes, I’m active there too (: ). If all else fails, wear this and at least you’ll look good.

I’m not a pledge yet. I’m an official interest. But yes, I’ve met with the sister who is in charge of recruitment. She’s actually one of my good friends, so I talk with her on a regular basis outside of sorority stuff.
