What Subjects tests should i take??

Hi,

I have recently taken a Chem SAT2 and did very well: 0 wrong and 0 blank according to the posts.
I am wondering do colleges care significantly about humanities so that i should take one. The humanities tests (lit and USH and world) have extremely harsh curves. A 95 percentile in chem is a 800 whie 99 percentile is USH and 98 percentile is 800 in lit.
SO my question is should i take a 4th subject test in humanities?

My projected Subject test scores : Chem 800 Math 790-800 Physics 800 (92%tile and up is 800, insanely easy).

If so, should i take Literature or USH?
All input are welcome.

If you don’t want to study, take Lit. If you’re willing to study (which you seem to be), take USH–it’s a guaranteed 800. The reason the curves are so much harsher for USH & Lit is because so many more people take them.

You should definitely take one subject test in the humanities. It’s obvious you’re good at math and science; you only need to demonstrate proficiency in the humanities.

Oh the humanities…

Percentile wise, US History may seem hard, but in reality you can usually miss 8-9 questions and still get an 800 (not that bad).

If you’re naturally good at English: take Lit.
If you’re good at memorizing/cramming: take US

But i heard US was disgustingly hard this year. (Although i am amazing at cramming)
Read a 500 page viault book in 4 days and beasted the AP euro.

It wasn’t bad. I read the AMSCO book twice, and I’m positive I made an 800.

Not really. It was actually really easy I thought. If you know your themes you can figure out the answers even if you don’t completely know it. I did that and so far haven’t gotten many wrong at all. The curve is amazing too.

I don’t understand why everyone is freaking out about the US history test. I took APUSH in 2007-2008 school year and studied basically the night before and the morning of and it was still alright.

99th percentile does not Lie. Those are released college board statistics. Either people are incompetent on the test or the test is hard. My money is on the latter.
