<p>I'm self-studying, and I really don't like the prep book I have; it seems too...cursory.</p>
<p>Anyways, I'm looking at:</p>

<li>Gwartney's "Microeconomics - Private and Public Choice"</li>
<li>McConnell's "Microeconomics"....but I hear he's really better for Macro</li>
</ul>
<p>Which one is better? What books are you guys using in the actual class?</p>
