<p>i'm sitting here typing junk kinda late over here, and someone out there is shooting a rather high caliber gun (i'm guessin since it's pretty loud)</p>

<p>my neighborhood has the highest crime rate for any neighborhood in the area- it's mostly teenagers breaking into cars and stealing a few dollars or a couple CD's. it's basically suburbia</p>

<p>Maybe it's because I'm Canadian and we're not as big on guns up here (fortunately). ;)</p>
<p>LOL I live about 5 minutes away from Oakland, and it can get pretty grizzly there. It is the home of the Black Panthers, after all, and they weren't really known for being pacifists...</p>
<p>Our school security guard used to be a Black Panther. Pretty much you don't mess with him.</p>
<p>I believe Tupac Shakur's mother was a black panther... lol</p>
<p>I've seen a gun... cops have them...</p>
