<p>That doesn't surprise me. They're extremely understaffed in the admissions office.</p>
<p>Call them on Monday (413) 597-2211</p>
<p>Emailing them is never the best way to contact them, especially now when they're in high gear making decisions. Call them.</p>
<p>Late last month, I sent an email to my regional admissions officer, and she got back to me by the next day.</p>
<p>If for some reason you don't want to call, you'll probably have better luck on email if you write to a specific admissions director instead of the general email address for the office. I guess your regional person would be best, but probably anyone would answer your letter if it got to their inbox.</p>
<p>Best bet? Give them a call.</p>
