What to apply for?

I'm a sophmore and I haven't thought about what to do over the summer until now...last year I didn't do much besides a little volunteering near home and I really need to do something this year. I looked at some posts on this forum but there's so many and I have noo idea what to look at, or what it's too late to apply for. I could really use some suggestions :P A few things about me:

I'm mostly interested in math and engineering topics.

I live in Connecticut

My GPA was about a 94 last year and a 97 so far this year, with all Honors classes (very few APs available this year, but I plan to take a bunch next year)

You should definitively start by looking around your local colleges/universities for summer programs since most would have math camps/programs or allow you to take college courses. I found a lot of different programs that way.

You should also ask your guidance counselor if he/she know of any programs as well (in these cases, they might be more useful than you think)

Hope this helps!
