What To Combine A Major In International Relations With?

Hi Everyone!

I'm interested in majoring in International Relations in College (either at Tufts, Georgetown, UChicago, Yale, or Princeton). I also plan on going on to grad school. When I graduate, I want to be as marketable as possible, so I want to double major. I love languages, people, and law. What are some great double majors to look into trying? What careers could they lead to? Thanks!

Finance, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Technology.

IR really isn’t marketable, so you will need to find something to balance it.

Grad school for what?

Political science and economics complement that perfectly. A language could work, too, if you’re interested in international business or becoming a foreign services officer.

I would just google a list of careers that segway off those majors because, honestly, there are entirely too many to list here.

^ IR and Poli Sci are too similiar and redundant, just more of the same.

It will do nothing to market you.
