What to do about testing for the last time!

So, I've taken the SAT I twice now and always score in the 99th percentile for the reading but really below where I'd like in the math. I've done it twice, done classes, etc, it really just doesn't click. I took the ACT for the first time and felt much more comfortable (haven't gotten the scores) but felt like if I took it one more time, I could do really well, much better than on the SAT.

For the Georgetown program I'd like to apply to, I need 3 SAT II's, regardless of the fact that you are submitting the ACT, and currently I only have 2. Some people have been telling me they'll look at the SAT I as well because they will be sent it when they are sent SAT II's. Is this true?

Since I'd be applying EA (Nov 1), would a good testing calendar be:

Sept 12: ACT
Oct 10th: Sat Subject Tests

And not take the SAT again at all? Or will a glaring math score on the SAT report sink me?

Some colleges, I’ve read, look at everything they receive. I don’t know about Georgetown. If you do well on the math part of the ACT, it’ll probably show that you have basic math skills, just didn’t do well on the math on the SAT. In other words, the ACT score will make up for the SAT score, which isn’t even required in the first place. I think you’re fine. I don’t think you should worry about the SAT. Instead, focus on getting a high score on the required ACT and subject tests.
