well you would have to lose a good 30 to 50 pounds to really get your hands visibly slimmer and some people just have thin fingers regardless of weight. i really don't think there's anything you can do except maybe take a bunch of alphapa and then your exterminties can grow and maybe balance that out. however you can develop lopus if you OD. honesly man, i don't think you need to be worrying about your finger size.

I am not a fat person at all. Body fat is somewhere around 8 or 9 percent I think. I'm not super skinny either, just what you call "normal" body for a 20 yr. old guy (i am a weightlifter though)

I just can't stand my fingers. specially when i play ball because it's irritating.

piano? anything else , because i don't have one

what about 'daily finger exercises' [what are some examples perhaps]. I want them to get thinner and longer.

anyone been cracking their fingers ? could that be the reason

When I used to play the piano, I would do finger raises (analogous to calf raises I suppose?). My fingers never "lost any weight," they just made them more "agile." You could try that. Other than losing weight, I don't know what would help.

hehe, i have fat fingers (and i'm a girl, so there are more rings involved, yuck) let's start a fat finger club :) geez, people need to lighten up. random threads are fun.
