What to do with a dual-enrollment transcript?

So, I wanted to ask CC this because I think I've been having misunderstandings with the Stanford offices, and somehow on this forum probably knows what to do.

So, I am a freshman applicant. The community college where I’ve been taking dual-enrollment classes closed grades recently, and is currently processing my transcript. Stanford’s office previously assured me that the transcript could be sent as late as March because it is a MidYear transcript only. What to do from there, they did not say.

Every other school tells me to have the college transcript sent directly to their admissions office (my college does not send electronic transcripts). However, when I emailed Stanford asking what they wanted me to do with the transcript, this was their cookie-cutter reply

This seems like it could be a misunderstanding; am I expected to rip open an official transcript and fax it in? What do I do?

@crheth. You are correct. Have the community college mail the mid-year transcript to Stanford admissions using the appropriate label from the following site:
