What to do with my AP credit???

Hey guys, I'm new here and I recently read that most medical schools don't like you to use ap credit to skip out on college science courses that are pre-reqs. This year I've taken AP Biology and our school has a program with st. louis university where we can get college credit for certain classes we take in high school. I've already paid the fee and I now have college credit for a semester (i think) of ap bio and french. I also have the option to take the ap test in may and see if I can earn more credit.

My question is: What should I do with the credit if I can't use it on med school pre-reqs? Could at least use the credit for french to pass out of a semester of foreign language? I'm planning to take two ap classes for my senior year: calc and chem, and I'm really confused on what I should do. Can anyone give me any advice or guidance on what to do??? Thanks.
