What to do with never used prep books

I bought two ACT books to help me study for the test, the Official ACT Guide and Barron's ACT 36. I only did/made marks on the first test in the Official Guide, and never even opened the Barron's book. Since then I've decided to focus on the SAT because I did significantly better, and just forget about the ACT. Now I'm left with two perfect books and nothing to do with them. I want to sell them, and get some money back but I don't really know how. Any thoughts?

TL;DR: I have two ACT prep books in pristine condition that I no longer want/need. What should I do with them? I don't want to just toss them since that's such a waste. Could I use them to study for the SAT or will that screw me up too much?

Give them to Guidance to give to some needy student.

@TomsRiverParent‌ I thought about doing that, but would honestly like to get back some money to help pay for my SAT prep.

Go to guidance and tell them you have books to sale. Post a flyer with price and contact info. I’m sure you can sell it to someone at your school.

There are plenty of online options as well. If you have friends with that type of experience, ask them for some help.

Try ebay. They are selling between $5 to $10/ACT book.

@CHD2013‌ I’ll look into it and ask some people on facebook!

@princeton2031‌ Good idea! I’ll see if it’s worth the shipping costs haha
