What to do with the dreaded "Why our school?" Essay?

When a college asks you what about them really makes you want to go there, or how it fits you, what are you supposed to talk about? I know why I want to attend, but should I go about and write an essay that is like an itinerary of what I want to do? Or can it just be talking about the certain aspects of each school that I like? I have heard that just talking about the aspects of a school that you like is kind of useless, since that information can be found on their website. The thing is that I am not 100% sure of what I will do in college, so it would be hard to write an essay about what I would do at a school. How do I answer this question?
