You should probably phase 1 whatever has the fewest seats, or the one that you need most (ie a pre-req or a major requirement).

You should (or actually, should have done earlier) CS 61A. I’m on the waitlist for the class, which is currently filled up. I gone to CalSO (the last one though; I should have gone to the first one), and no one in my group (everyone in my group, including me, was an EECS major) could sign up for 61A because it was filled up (though maybe other people in other groups did).

Like failure622 said, you should Phase I the one with the fewest seats available so that you can get it, or the one that you really, really want.

If I had to choose without looking at Berkeley’s online schedule, I would go with Math 53, but do check Berkeley’s online schedule for details about available seats and times.

@GinyuTokusentai - Oh yeah, trust me, I know now that I chose a bad time to not be able to attend Calso. I’ll still sign up for 61A and hope for a miracle I guess. Taking 61AS, from what I read about it in your thread, seems like an interesting option though. Are you planning on PhaseII-ing it?

OK, I’ll probably Phase I math 53.

@XCyoungX

Well, I’ll only decide on 61AS if 61A stays full (Or maybe I can even wait till the next semester…).
