What To Write On The Envelope For Teacher Recommendations??

So I printed out the two pages of the "Teacher Evaluation" and filled out the top part. I've stapled them together, and I'm ready to give it to my teacher tomorrow.

I have an envelope and also a stamp....but what do I write on it?

I know I write the address of the school in the middle, and put the stamp on thetop right corner, but what about the top left?

Do I put my address, the school's address, or the teacher's address?

That spot is for the return address. A letter is returned if there’s insufficient postage or mis-addressed.

Do you anticipate either? If so, then put your teacher’s retn address (the school).

I don’t know, what do you normally do?

bumpppppppppppooooo

Put your teacher’s name followed by the HS address. Sorry I wasn’t clear.

Thank you.

1) D only filled out college mailing information and postage. The school/teacher dealt with what should be in the upper left corner.
2) If appropriate, be sure to sign that you are giving up your right to read the recommendation. I have seen applicants forget this or think it is a good idea to refuse.
3) I would not staple. Your teachers are going to fill out the form once and make copies of it for each of the schools. D used paper clips.
