What UCs should I apply to?

<p>Hey there, I was wondering if you guys could help me choose which UCs to apply to? I am a junior and yes, I do realize I have a HORRIBLE GPA, so please, refrain from trying to make me aware of this painfully obvious fact.</p>

<p>Ethnicity: Asian</p>

<p>GPA: 3.42 (UW)
3.55 (W)</p>

<p>SAT: 1900</p>

<p>Freshman: Took Geo Honors
Soph: All reg classes
Junior: Ap Chemistry and AP US History</p>

<p>EC: volunteering at Chinese school, 100+ hours
Track and Field, 3 years (going to do it again Senior year)
Internship this summer for computer science, probably 100+ hours</p>

<p>As you can see, I'm doing pretty badly, but still, would some of you be so kind as to tell me which UCs I can probably get into? I have been told that Merced and Riverside are the best that I could get into, would you guys agree?</p>

<p>Not exactly UCLA, UCB, UCI, USC material. Many if not all UCs are a low reach for you. The thing is that many people with a low end GPA have a very rigorous course load/extraneous ECs. You have a 3.4 UW with only 2 APs and an average SAT score for UCs. Maybe try Cal State???</p>
