What was the easiest higher level math class you have ever taken? The hardest?

The question is pretty self-explanatory. By higher level math class, I mean anywhere between Algebra I and the highest calculus.

Actually higher level math doesn’t start until after calculus, let alone algebra 1 lol.

Geometry for me personally

Of the math I’ve taken, none of which was higher-level, I think the easiest was Plane Geometry and the hardest was AP Stats. Calculus is probably more difficult than AP Stats but I think it’s more interesting than stats so it seemed easier to me.

Algebra I was the easiest. Geometry was the hardest.

I’m only a sophomore, so I haven’t taken any actual higher level math courses, but of the math courses I’ve taken, the easiest would be Algebra I, which I took in 7th grade, and the hardest would be IB SL Math, which I’m taking sophomore and junior years.

Hardest stats, but only because i find it so boring
Easiest Precalc (all review)

For me personally it was Algebra 1 but that was because I took it in 7th grade and before that I had been doing 6th grade math. And the easiest would be SL Math this year. Doesn’t make sense, does it?

Easiest - Geometry

Hardest - Calculus BC/Algebra I

Easiest: Did the best in Geometry, but better at Algebra 2
Hardest: Honors Precalc

Easiest: geometry
Hardest: Precalc honors (I have a terrible Alg II foundation.)

Hardest: Geometry, Easiest: Both Algebra’s

hardest was probably geometry, easiest probably precalc. Though math was easy to me in high school, and I liked learning it, so I didn’t consider any of them “hard.”

Also, math goes way beyond calculus, higher-level math is more abstract and proof-based than concrete like high school math is, which is why most people don’t get to it until they are well into college, if ever, since 99 percent of the population doesn’t need it or care about it.

For me, the less advanced the math class is, the lower my grade is. Its likely because I’m more inclined to rush the problems / they are made more for students to make dumb mistakes such as complex fractions and messing up on the calculator with the quadratic formula etc.

Easiest: Calculus BC/Calc 3 (nature of the teacher, not necessarily the material)
Hardest: Pre-Calculus

Easiest: Multivariable Calculus
Hardest: Bridge to Geometry

Easiest: Statistics
Hardest: Geometry or Calculus

Easiest: Algebra II
Hardest: Precal

Easiest: Algebra II
Hardest: Advanced Trig and Calculus I, its hell

Easiest: AP Stats
Hardest: In terms of workload, it’d have to be Calculus BC. In terms of difficulty of tests, it’d have to be Differential Equations.
