What would be my best option? Help with major

I am currently going into my second semester Junior year with a 3.5 in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering. I am a declared Petroleum engineer but most all my course work is identical to Chemical w/ Petroleum Concentration in case I was to change. My plan had been to double major in both, which I could complete in 5 years, because I wasn't entirely sure which one I wanted to do more. I love both fields and am not sure which to go with. I have accepted an internship with Chesapeake Energy for this summer as a Production Engineer. These are the three options I see that I have:

1) Stick with either Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering but not both.
2) Continue through with my double major
3) Stick with one and then minor in business (recently came to mind as an option)

What makes most sense as far as how solid my future would be?

My suggestion; stick with double major if you can handle it. I say this because you are still unsure what you want to do but know it will be one or the other, so don’t close your “doors” until you are sure. Ignore the business minor for now, but if you find you could use an extra course or two during your 5th year than look into taking a finance or econ class “for fun”. Also, once you get your BSs then get a few years experience and then look into MBAs other than business minor.
