Hi
I am a asian male who was born and raised in New Zealand, but currently attend an international school in Korea and will most likely graduate here after completing most of my high school years here.
When i apply to college in the states, will i be put into the korean pool or the new zealand/australia pool?

What's your nationality...I mean, which country's passport do you hold?

Do some reading on the issue of being a "Third Country Kid" (you can start at Global Nomads Washington Area GNWA ). This will help you figure out if you are Korean or a New Zealander or something else entirely. It will also help you frame your essays when you apply to college in the USA.

Each college/university will do what it wants with your information. Some will consider you Asian because you have an (I presume) Asian face and family name. Others will consider you a New Zealander if that is the passport you use. There isn't anything you can do about that decision. What you can do, is to seek out colleges/universities that offer programs that are interesting to you, and that offer environments where you can flourish as a student and as a person.

Wishing you all the best.

oh thanks alot ^^

i hold a new zealand passport btw
