ditto ditto… ^^^

cry like hell…

Ditto. Ditto. Ditto.

nothing. fool myself that i will go to Harvard instead.

deeply depressed indeed…
I mean really really DEPRESSED

I would tell those who care about my decisions(today I was asked more than four times about when decisions will be released …),get told by my firends that I don’t have to worry about the south side of the city anymore,finish up my other essays and submit.Pretty much then move on before a big cry in my bedroom.

re-check the uchicago account hundred times and finally face the darn truth…

and go to princeton

Based on the difficulty of the other schools I’m applying to, I’d settle on the fact that I’m almost certainly going to NC State.

well…what CAN you do =(

call the admissions office and cry to them

^oh I like that one~

^^oh great, now you’ve got me convinced that they’ll release decisions only on Friday.

I’d be disappointed I guess. But I’m banking on getting accepted my second choice hands down (Which probably isn’t a smart thing to do, call me cocky) so I’m content with going there too. Still…it’ll be a small heartbreak for a few days.

@Litlhurry:
What’s your second choice mate? And nah, the heartbreak wears off pretty fast. Source: I got rejected at my dream school of 3 years last week.

I would fill out my safety-school applications. More precisely, send off more copies of the Common Application.

Cry. Hard. Find myself unable to study for my exams.

I’d be a little sad since its my dream school but I’d shrug it off and just think of all the pain and **** that some people in other parts of the world face and how privileged I am to even go to college or be in a country that allows me to apply to such a place as UChicago.

I’m now thinking I’ll probably convert to Scientology and move in with Tom Cruise.

I might possibly work on some other apps when i get there - Tom will be so helpful with revisions.

@srrinath

University of Rochester

It’s a diamond-in-the-rough sort of school. Pretty competitive, and some say on par with UChicago, but not as well known. So less applicants = higher chance of successs (I think)

And I had probably my best interview there! I could go on and on about UofR. Really glad to have another choice that I love.

And I’m sorry to hear about that What was it, if you don’t mind me asking?

Also Wahooo, you just made me giggle XD

Ugh, after getting deferred by Dartmouth, I don’t think my heart could handle it. However, I am confident that I have a good chance. I worked really hard on those essays. :)
