What would you do?????

Got into...
Baylor
UIUC
Indiana Bloomington
PSU
UBC (Vancouver)

Baylor gave me $68,000 for 4 years...and the other colleges haven't given me anything yet...but I don't expect much...I think UBC is a "bit" cheaper than american colleges...

I am an international student from Korea so the college having a good name value (reputation) globally or in Korea would be nice!

I'm also interested in studying...
- social work
- public relations
- international relations
- business

My dilemma of choosing an american college or canadian (UBC) is that...I lived in the states so I love the whole college experience...sports, social life, etc...mostly SPORTS! So...I'm hesitant to consider UBC...but sports seems like a stupid factor to not choose UBC...I DONT KNOW!!! HELP!!!

It really depends on what you are studying when it comes to reputation. UIUC and PSU have amazing engineering reputations. Indiana Bloomington has a well known business school. I don’t know much about UBC but i’m sure its probably great. In terms of the quintessential college experience, you cannot go wrong with any of the state flagships you have listed above. Good luck!

Rather than providing scholarship amounts, can you list actual costs, after scholarships but before loans?

Are you a serious Southern Baptist? If not, Baylor may be difficult for you since it takes its faith (and faith-related behaviors) very seriously.

At Indiana, did you get into Kelley?
