What're differences in math contents between Old and New SAT?(I knew Old SAT, is it enough for new?)

I have a book on the Old SAT and I want to be sure about which parts should I ignore in the Old SAT instead of wasting time learning something not worthwhile. Thank you.

There are free practice tests on the College Board’s website. Take one of them as a diagnostic evaluation of what areas you need to work on.

Yeh, it’s very different. Use material for the new SAT.
