What're my Chances?

So! Here is my case:

Academics

GPA: 3.77 W
Rank: Top 20%
Courses: 6 AP classes (school offers limited AP courses)
ACT: 27

EC's

*Launched a clothing line and it became international in six months with over 2,500 units sold.
*Self-taught two languages of programming
*Launched a peer tutoring app that is now the largest student employer in the Tri-Valley area
*Create apps and donate them to various organizations
*Created a non-profit Cafe at my school because the cafeteria food was not appealing to students, causing them to buy fast food or not eat. Eventually merged the Cafe’s menu with the school district’s lunch menu.
*Swimmer (joined in 2014 earning the Most Improved Player Award, then in 2016 earned the Most Valuable Player Award)
*Over 300 hours of community service
*Rotary’s Interact Club Secretary (Received the Rotary Youth Leadership Award)
*DECA Vice President of Finance and Marketing

Your ACT score is on the low side for the UC’s and USC and especially Stanford.

Stanford- reject (Stats not competitive even with good EC’s)

Wow your extracurriculars are impressive. If I were an admissions officer, I’d want to know more about you!

That said, a 27 is very low for Stanford, any Ivy, and NYU. The unfortunate truth is that there are students with ECs equal in quality to your own with more qualifying grades and scores. Perhaps you will get into to one of the less selective UCs, but probably not most of your reaches, unless you are exactly what an AdComm is looking for, and you’re certainly unique. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice I appreciate it!
