I’m kinda stumped with trying to figure out what major will help me be a good financial planner?
My $.02: finance or accounting will serve both you well and contribute to the body of knowledge you will need for the CFP exam. Both will also offer lots of flexibility should your goals change.
Some business schools do offer a “financial services” major. I believe Texas Tech has a true financial planning major (both undergrad & graduate programs).
Good luck!
Thanks for the input
