What's a good minor for my major?

I'm majoring in Economics (BA). I want to minor in either history, poltical science, or finance. Which of these combinations is best? Would finance minor be better since it kind of relates to my major? Or should I do a liberal arts minor such as history and poltical science?

it all depends what you want to do and what you're interested in. there is no absolute "correct answer"

check to see what classes you have to take for each of them. if you're so inclined you might pick the minor that requires the fewest classes (or has the most overlap with your major).

Going off of what fizix said, you can also look for which minor requires the fewest classes that you wouldn't be interested in otherwise.

I don't know much about econ, but my guess is that finance is redundant, history off-base, and political science a good bet.

cinema studies

Nobody cares about minors, so don't minor in something just for the sake of having a minor.

Political Science, then Finance

What do you want to do?
