<p>I live an hour north of San Francisco, where the vineyards meet the redwoods.</p>

<p>After raining freaking half of last week it's actually been pretty nice. It's mild, clear blue skies today. </p>

<p>Up here my district has something called "Ski Week" around president's day because everyone leaves to go skiing around that time anyway and the school loses money, so they just made it a weeklong holiday. Therefore I am still at home in my pjs at 10:15 AM on a friday watching MTV Jams :-D</p>

<p>Monday I saw Dreamgirls by myself and went to the county library just to get out of the house, tuesday I hung out at the mall with my most eccentric friends all afternoon, wednesday I FINALLY got my permit renewed, yesterday I did my laundry and went to art class, and today I'm leaving for a weekend-long youth group retreat at a nearby campsite/conference center in the forest. It's gonna be pretty sweet. Yeah, so that's been my vacation :-p</p>

<p>I have some homework but I'll do it on monday because we have that day off too. LOL</p>

<p>Right now I am thinking about what I should do for my three day weekend. Today and yesterday were half days and we didn't have school Tuesday or Wednesday because of the snow. On Tuesday I will be spending a day at a prep school I am applying to, so I'm looking forward to that.</p>

<p>I think I've sprained my wrist while I was playing basketball yesterday. If it's not better by Tuesday I want to get an x-ray done.</p>

I didn't do anything this week except watch TV because of the snow days.</p>

<p>It's ~20 degrees. It snowed for the past 3 days, and it's way too cold. I'm not used to this weather at all (I'm from California). The first day it snowed, I slipped in the snow about 5 times. :o</p>
