<p>It's one sheet in the mail. It listed all the campuses that I applied to along with my personal information and my UC Application Number, which you should have also received in the e-mail confirmation after submitting. Then you may log on afterwards.</p>
<p>The log in instructions are usually from email, so make sure you check it a lot (and it doesn't go inactive on you like mine did last year >_> ). Your UC application number is usually used to figure out your individual UC IDs.</p>
