What's included in room & board?

<p>So I'm trying to figure out the breakdown for what's included in the estimated room & board fees for NEU. I've been digging around on their website and they do give a good breakdown of tuition and fees and all that, but all they have to say about room and board is that it's ~13000 per year. Does anyone have any insight as to what goes into that? I know part is a meal plan, part is the payment for housing, but what else (if anything?) Is the health insurance you have the option of purchasing through the university included, or would that end up being a separate fee?</p>

<p>its not that easy to find but if you search for meal plans you can eventually end up here:
