What's it like in JHU?

<p>so im interested in jhu for its premed program.. but i have no idea what the college is like and i dont know if im able to visit. how are the dorms, social life, pressure, weather, anything random nice/bad about it? hows the area around it?
aand is it especially hard to get into jhu cuz of a premed major?</p>
