What's the highest score you can make on the SAT?

<p>You can't get a 1547 , only a 1540 or 1550. On the old scale it is a good score but on the new......</p>

<p>well i keep seeing that 1600 is the highest score possible so eh i don't care i'm only a junoir i'll take it again</p>

<p>The highest is now 2400. The highest on the old one was 1600. If you took the test in or after March 2005, you took the new one (2400). Scores can only be multiples of 10 (meaning no such thing as a 1547).</p>
