I heard something about new AP Credit policy and general requirements at Penn being changed or something like that. I was wondering if anyone could help me make sense of my situation. I’ve gotten a 5 in AP Chem/Biology/Us History and a 4 in AP French Language.

-Biology* 5 Biology 091 (1 c.u.) - no AP credit is given for laboratory work
-Chemistry* 5 Chemistry 091 (1 c.u.) - no AP credit given for labs
-French Language 4 no credit (fulfills language requirement)
-United States History 5 History 042 (1 c.u.)

So I will get 3 c.u.s for AP US, AP Chem, AP Bio and I won’t have to take a language (but I will anyways )

This year I’m taking AP Econ, Physics B, Calc BC, and French Literature.

I plan on taking AP Calc BC test and AP Micro/Macro to place out of Wharton requirements.

Can I use my AP Chem/Bio credit to place out of general requirements for Wharton in the CAS?

hazmat, I'm going to wharton, and I read on their site that you have to take classes in the CAS.

"General Education Distribution 7 courses
....To ensure that students gain broad exposure to liberal arts courses, these subject areas have been divided into three general categories: Social Structures; Language, Arts and Culture; and Science and Technology. A total of seven courses are necessary to fulfill this requirement, with at least two in each category but three in one."

Do you know if I can use AP Biology, Chemistry, US History to satisfy such a general ed requirement?

Just keep in mind that your degree requirements are from Wharton, will be specific to your year of matriculation and will be very clear. This will all become quite second nature to you, don't worry, there is much material to come your way. Congrats you are now a Quaker.
