What are the %'s for transfering into Wharton and the CAS?

interested in the same thing...whats it like?

Pretty dang small.

i am praying i get into PENNNNNNN via Cornell

I think it's about 17% for U Penn transfers as a whole.

hey it could always be worse... do you know where they usually draw from, e.g. are all the transfers from other ivies or top tier schools?

Northwestern Econ ---> wharton, is that a strong possibility?

From what I hear, it's nearly impossible to transfer into Wharton - but I have no factual information to back that up. It's all through the grapevine.

From the website they say they get 1,600 transfer applications and accept about 200, but it doesn't specify for the certain schools. Wharton probably doesn't let many transfers in, I'd think. Thus, the number the school gives is 12.5%, but it could vary most likely.

last year... 265 were admitted from a pool of 1,534, which makes it a 17.28% acceptance rate.

there aren't any individual school stats, but from what i've heard, they admitted around 20-30 to wharton last year.

Yeh, but how many out of that pack of 1500 applied to Wharton. Well, anyway at least it will not be my concern. I don't want Wharton. I'm just going for the Wawa. Hahaha...

wow, 17 percent, that is pretty low, but again, Northwestern was at 17 percent last year.....and Brown was probably somewhere in the 20s, what does this all mean??

yeh i wonder myself.. id like to see some stats on the transfer kids, like where they come from, gpas? etc...
