<p>I actually transferred to Penn last year, and I'm one of the Transfer Advisors this year. While the rate varies from year to year, I would say it is between 10% and 15%. For the entering 2005 class, we had over 1,700 applicants and we enrolled around 160. I think the acceptance rate was around 12% with a pretty high yield. Hope this helps.</p>
