[SF - What gives with all the catty, rude and inane replies? - Style Forum](http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=178238)

It’s the internet, man.

LOL, I should stop posting here until May 17th…I blame finals. I also blame the death of ambition wrought by finals. All y’all pre-frosh better spend (at least) a year at Berkeley before thinking you can triple major in Business, EECS, and Math. And have a social life. And still sleep nightly. And be a pleasant person to be around. And get a ticket to see Bill Clinton.

May your GPAs not rot in hell.

Nah, it ain’t so bad. As long as you have good study habits (ie no procrastinating), you can easily handle a double or triple major, get a 3.7+, have a social life, and sleep 8+ hours a day. I’m not being sarcastic. Stop scaring all the froshies.

I dunno…I think a very small percent of us are actually capable of that. I’m not saying it’s not possible, but it’s definitely rare.

Oh yeah. Definitely possible. If your two majors are like English and History or Mass Comm. haha jk. But your social life will be cut down or so I’d imagine.

most of the ppl here are living lives they arent satisfied with, so what can they do other than be angry and bitter

^Uhm way to assume. For example me and most of my friends are satisfied with our lives. We just love being catty *****es and talking trash about others.

On an online forum*

ochem is really ****ing me off.

^ Dude ochem is not really that bad. The mechs are like mini transformers and amino acids are like puzzles. Probably one of my favorite classes at Cal. Frustrating at times, but overall a good experience.

I loled at mini transformers.

yeah, ochem hasn’t been as devastating as I’ve heard since 6th grade (even at Berkeley)…other than the 8:00 lecture and PS #11…i actually enjoyed it

Just 3A right now…can’t wait for amino acids! sike. but if you guys say its really not that bad…then I have to believe my fellow CCers, right?

Well I guess its like precalc and calc. Precalc, like 3A, seems pretty dumb and waste of time since your just learning the basics. Calc, kinda like 3B, is probably harder (actually I think 3B is easier than 3A), but FAR more interesting.

remember when mechanisms were 3 molecules 2 of which were resonance and 1 reaction?

8am lectures killed me

pedersen’s a nice dude i guess, but **** him for not allowing webcasts or putting his notes online. i coulda learned it a lot better if he had.
