Wheaton College in MA - any good?

I've recently discovered Wheaton in Norton, MA, and I'm pretty interested. Does anyone know how it stands for grad school placement and can someone please tell me what the campus is like? Thanks in advance....any other opinions welcome.

I went to school there from 79 to 81. Yup, I'm old! Back then it was a girls school. The advantages are that it is a beautiful campus and the class sizes are great, the profs were pretty decent back then. But don't underestimate that Norton is in the middle of nowhere. They push the fact that they are between Boston and Providence but both cities are a good car ride away.
There is nothing to do in Norton itself. One pizza place, etc. Hopefully someone with more current experience will post here too. I ended up transferring out at the end of my sophmore year. My freshman roommate who I liked transferred at the end of freshman year and I got kind of beat up by a bunch of nasty catty girls and had had enough. Graduated from a large state school.

academic reputation has been steadily rising over the past few years
