<p>I am about to graduate from ASU in the spring and am a film/communications major. I am doing an internship at FOX the TV station right now and am doing another at a local radio station in the spring so I have that for my resume. I have been just looking at jobs online to see their requirements and lots of them require examples of my work. I don't have much professional work as far as editing goes really, or at least stuff I would want to send out to companies. I have to make a 30 sec promo of Seinfeld at the end of my internship and could use that, but I want more. My question is, I was thinking about going to some local businesses and asking them if I could shoot a few 30 sec commercials with them and edit them and use them as my examples that I could send out to jobs when I start applying in a few months. Is that a good idea or should I do something else?</p>
