When are the USNWR undergraduate rankings coming out for 2010?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Early August. But normally, someone here has the scoops a few days ahead of time, alleging, “I saw it on the newstand at Grand Central”. That is media speak for a leak before it goes to print.

I heard it was Aug. 17th…

Official release date date is Aug. 20 according to Robert Morse:

[The New College Rankings Are Coming Soon - Morse Code: Inside the College Rankings (usnews.com)](http://www.usnews.com/blogs/college-rankings-blog/2009/07/30/the-new-college-rankings-are-coming-soon.html)

I expect to see a partial list of USNWR rankings sometime today. Someone will get them early.

^^^^^ always leaked a day or two early here on CC by an insider at USNWR. Then there will be a flurry of obsessions and frustrations and snotty condescending commentary, snarling and petty jealousies. That will taper off in a week or so.

Yeah, I’m looking forward to it. ;-)

still no leak?? ~48 hours count down?! :(

[Let me google that for you](http://lmgtfy.com/?q=usnews+2010+undergraduate+rankings+when)

What do you care? Amherst and Williams are going to hold the top two spots, and Swarthmore and Wellesley will follow immediately afterward.

Then, it’s Middlebury, Bowdoin, and Pomona, in whatever order.

Not very exciting or novel.

Perhaps Morse and his jesters will play the Forbes and rank the military academies first and second!

I dont know where the leaker (from last year) has gone…and frankly forgot her name. Maybe we have to wait until Wednesday. Maybe not.

Its a game anyway.

I don’t see too much of a shift from last year’s rankings, to be frank.

Minnesota will go up  Again :)

frankly a little surprised there’s been no leak, there’s usually something by now.
