I understand that the UC application for Class of 2027 will open on August 1, 2022. Will the essay prompts be available in advance of that date? Are any prompts repeated from year to year? My dc would like to get started on applications over the summer, before August 1 if possible. TIA for any insights.
The UC Personal Insight Questions (PIQ) are usually the same from year to year. I believe the last time they changed was 2017.
If you are planning on starting your application early, take a look at the Activities and Awards section. There is room for 20 activities, awards, work experience, classes, etc. along with quite a lot of space (compared to Common App) to explain what you did.
