When are you guys going to start studying for AP exams?

I think I may start earlier this year...because my AP Comp Sci teacher is doing nothing to help us. AP Comp Sci I'll start probably mid-March...and AP Human Geo will just be mid-April. Not doing any studying now...February will be the month of practicing for the SAT.

I guess I am a whimp for only taking 2 APs by CC standards :(.

How about everyone else?

I will be taking 6 exams, so I will probably start studying for all of them in early-mid April. AP Biology, AP Statistics, AP U.S. History, AP U.S. Government & Politics, AP Psychology, and AP English Language & Composition shouldn’t be too bad, except maybe for that last one. Since English is my weakness, I might study that more in comparison to how much one normally studies for it.

Probably same as you, March/April. For AP Bio I’ll be starting later this month just because there’s still so much to cover in the syllabus and, even though the exam format was changed, there’s still a ton of depth in many areas.

Mid-March–after Science Olympiad Regionals, but I only plan to study for 3 of the exams that I’m taking, but I hope I put full effort into:
Spanish Language (Study just to pass)
Comparitive Politics (Need a 5 to be on the teacher’s wall)
US Government (Need another 5 to be the 2nd student in school history to have 5’s in World History and both government classes all with the same teacher)

tangentline, my English Lang teacher also posted up students who got a 5 on the exam but she retired this year, so my name couldn’t be on the wall :(. Your motivation sounds kind of like mine. I have five 5’s in a row right now and I want to be the first (I think?) in my school history to get double digit 5’s and also at least eight 5’s in a row.

I’m taking 3-- AP Lang, AP World, and AP Psych (yeah, yeah the “easy” exams I suppose…) and I have started studying for Psych already, I just read the 5-steps to a five. Extremely helpful. As for world, I bought my 5 steps to a five for that one assuming it would be good because the psych one really helped me out but it turns out it isn’t as helpful… too broad and not as in-depth as I would like it to be. I’m a bit unsure as of how to study for AP Lang. English is english…

I’ve already started on AP Chem this year. In the past, I didn’t start until the latter bit of April, but since I have more APs this year, I’ve started earlier.
