How can I find out which day I can personally add/drop? I know it's different for everyone, but I can't find where this info is on utexas.edu....can anyone help me out??/

For the spring semester, the add/drop period is Jan 11th and 12th. You can find it listed here.

[When to register | Registrar | University of Texas at Austin](http://registrar.utexas.edu/schedules/102/whentoregister/index.html)

Since today (1/7) is the final payment date, does anyone know if students will be able to add/drop today since those who haven’t paid for the Spring semester will be culled out of the system?

Isn’t that how it worked over the summer?

If you were waitlisted for something, you might clear the waitlist when someone gets dropped from the class for nonpayment.

It’s on your RIS page. Search RIS on UT website.

what exact time does the system for add/drop open tomorrow? I’m assuming at 8 am?

It depends on the schedule. Your exact times are listed on your RIS page. Here is the schedule for Monday:

From my academic advisor:

January 14: Registration for those of you who did not pre-register – check the payment deadlines, they are very close to the registration times (a day or two at most).
January 15: Add-drop
January 19: First day of classes
Jan 19 - 22: Add-drop available on-line
After Jan 22 (4th class day) you can drop on-line (until Feb 3 = 12th class day), but must add in the department offering the class
