<p>International exams are different than the US exams from the same day. For example, the June 2011 International SAT was the same as the June 2010 USA SAT. We didn’t take the same SAT.</p>

I just really don’t get it but i know embargo has negative meaning right?</p>
<p>Embargo is like restrection . You are restrected (( not allowed )) to talk about the SAT tell a certain time.</p>
<p>and when will we know that embargo is lifted?</p>
