when can we talk about the sat tomorrow

If you live on the east coast, usually by the time you get home the embargo is lifted, so you can talk about it right away.

Usually around 1:30 EST. Good luck guys!

I live in the middle east but there’s always an embargo on this site and I also take the SAT at 8:30 AM

Embargo !! O_o
I didn’t know that this existed :S

I live in a country where I take the SAT more than 7 hours - approximatly - before the US students take it , I guess I can’t talk about it tell the next day then.

I take it in at 8:00 AM in Egypt which is at least five hours earlier than the time in america

LOL! So an Egyptian can actually call an American friend, and give him answers to questions, and the prompt to the essay and everything! I never thought of that! :D

time it is taken in america*

I don’t know but I heard that Egyptians were blacklisted or something because of previous attempts to copy the tests and give it away so they take every precaution. guess our reputation precedes us.

are all international test takers given the same SAT? I’m from Africa. Would we get results at the same time as the US test takers? I wonder if the SAT would be graded locally or if it would be sent to the US to grade…

same exam but different essays (or so i’ve heard)

^^
I heared that too .
i’m taking it in the UAE so that’s like 2 hours before Egypt but I don’t really believe it. I mean come on , College board will mess such thing !! No way !!
I think there is a different exam for each time zone or something. Possible ??

No, seriously man. They never change the exam, the only things that vary are the experimental sections and the essays but the exam is always the same.

come on CC after the exam and see

^^ well that’s odd then , I mean I know American students at my school , they could easily tell the questions to their friends in the US.
Anyway i’ll just come and see.
Best of luck BTW (:

LOL BallsBalls I am from Egypt too so good luck on your exam :).

acctually noone can ever remember the questions after the test unless he has super photographic memory.

@FreedomEagle Best of luck to you too.
@GenericMath some asian people made this website that gets the exam on the same day, I heard they let each one memorize one question and then put them altogether but i think it was closed down. but then, I found this “search google for wenku because I’m not allowed to put the site” so i’m wondering

and good luck to you too :)

I am an Egyptian too but I am living in Saudi Arabia
Good luck for all of you :)
