<p>Anyone who transferred in in 08 or 09 feel free to chime in on this. I applied over a month ago and don't want to have to worry about this until June.</p>

<p>Transfer Timeline (Summer/Fall)</p>
<p>September 1: Summer/Fall Application becomes available</p>
<p>March 1: Summer/fall application deadline</p>
<p>March 1 - May 1: Individual review of complete applications happens; applicants notified as decisions are made</p>
<p>May 1: The date by which all transfer applicants can expect to be notified of their final decision</p>
<p>Depending on which department you applied to, expect to wait until early May.</p>
<p>Also it depends if you have your 30 transferable semester units finished. If not, you’ll hear back by mid-June.</p>
<p>If you have more than 30 hours does the spring semester transcript count for your admission?</p>

<p>Just to make it clear, those that have heard back this weekend are freshman? Transfers still won’t be hearing back for a while, right?</p>
<p>Penor - Transfer apps aren’t due until tomorrow, and they don’t review them on a rolling basis so if you already submitted yours it won’t move into the review process until tomorrow. The people hearing back right now are freshman. They tend to stick pretty close to timelines, so expect to hear back by the beginning of May.</p>
<p>Kev - if you already have 30 they won’t wait for your spring transcript to make a decision.</p>

<p>I was estimating it might be late-May or early-June for those not with 30 hours yet. My kid’s spring semester ends some time in May. When the final transcript is sent in, I bet they’ve already reviewed most everything else. I bet the decision is made and sent within a couple weeks of sending the final transcript in. That’s my guess.</p>
<p>^ Yep. A couple people on here got their decisions within a couple days of sending their transcript in! My school ends early May, so I hope I’ll have a decision by the end of May. :)</p>
