I just took the SATs again on dec 3. but i wont have my scores until probably after th 20th...but i know it takes 3 weeks the college board to send your scores...so i just need to know when the deadline is for the UCs. Also, if i want to send my dec 3 scores, will i have to spend 20 something dollars per school to have them rush it in order to make the deadline? thanks guys

I'm also very interested in knowing this. Someone answer please?!!

I thought it was by the 15th but not sure. Um anyway i paid the extra $8 to get my score sent to all of my colleges BEFORE i took the test. So does this mean i wont have to rush my scores?

Some are the 31st, some are the 15th of next month. Check CB. their website says.

According to Collegeboard.com, score reports are due on different dates:

UCB: doesn't say
UCLA: Jan-15
UCSD: Dec-31
UCI: Dec-31
UCSB: Jan-01
UCD: Jan-20
UCR: Dec-31
UCM: Jan-15

When you rush, you don't pay 26 dollars per school. You send the report, each school costs 9 bucks each, and then an extra 26 dollars is added.

OK, not quite true.

As long as you request the scores be sent along with the December testing, it will be fine. The deadline is basically when the scores should be received from CollegeBoard for December's testing.

UC will accept scores from tests taken up to December. There isn't an explicit deadline, otherwise it would be made clear. I've heard from a friend that got an email from UC requesting for it since he didn't send it in "on time," yet there was no penalty.

Umm. What if I didn't request to have my scores send when I registered for the December testing, but I go to "update admission ticket" and change my score recipients now? Will my December test scores get to the UCs on time?

so does anyone know??

It shouldn't be much of a problem. UCs are quite lenient with the application if you haven't noticed already.

I heard a story direct from the adm rep doing an admissions presentaton at UCSD about a girl last year who didn't send Dec. scores to any UCs and didn't get into any UCs. So I am sure that at least UCSD is not lax about this. The rush reporting service is available on Dec 19th according to college board, so sending rush scores then for UC is my plan.
