When do we find out which credits will transfer?

<p>The question is self-explaining. </p>

<p>I was wondering about it because I was accepted to Rutgers Uni in NJ and their admission letter doesn't state which credits will transfer. I always thought the admittance letter would state everything, such as financial aid, transfer of credits, scholarships etc.</p>

<p>Well, I was more interested in UCB credit transfer so figured people would rather know in this forum</p>
