When do you go back to school?

<p>When does school start in your area? I'm curious to see when school starts in different places.</p>

<p>My first day of class is August 20. What is yours?</p>

<p>august 20th too. im in columbia, sc and its the latest weve ever been. summers comin to an end though :-\ about a month left...im seein back to school signs too :-&lt;/p>

<p>Same! Maryland, suburbs of DC. I don't mind it though...my summer's been rad but slightly stressful. I'm going to Brown for 2 weeks this Sunday, and then i'm going to kick back those last 2 weeks, with just a little volunteering and driving school...I know it's nerdy sounding but I'm signed up for the SWEETEST classes this year...and I'm an editor of our school paper...yessssssss</p>

Its kind of early for us. I remeber freshman year School started September 13th.</p>

<p>MI: september 5th. it used to be like august 30th or a few days before that, but then the governor signed some law to encourage more tourism or something, so we can't legally start before labor day :D :D :D</p>
