When do you typically go to sleep?

Oh man, I MAJOR LOL'd.

those of you who sleep at 9-10 and such amaze me. when the hell do you do your homework? as soon as you get home? and when do you stop? 9:00? lol

sorry but i see no way possible to sleep at 9:00 every day if unless you're taking easy classes or just don't give a crap about grades.

i get distracted easily, like right now I'm supposed to be studying for my Bio test but i'm typing this post, so I end up sleeping by like 3 on nights before tests.

^ditto. I end up going to sleep about 12:30 most nights.

Wow, I go to sleep from 8-9:30 on weeknights, unless I have a ridiculous amount of homework...
I have the hardest course-load possible at our school, and do sports. I'm just time-efficient, and after practice do my homework, eat dinner, go online for a while, and sleep. Otherwise, I'm so tired I can't function (probably need so much sleep because I exercise so much, I guess)

YAY my first day of monophasic sleeping has passed! Yesterday I woke up around 11ish maybe [because school was cancelled for the election/voting/such things] and didn't take a nap at all [except... this little 15 minute accident, haha, doesn't count! didn't even hit REM] and then went to sleep at 1am :] Now, working on ~5 hours of sleep, I'm off to work in ONE second, not taking a nap at all, and perhaps I'll go to sleep at a decent hour tonight :]

People like you who can't understand/see how sleeping at 8~9 daily is possible truly amaze myself.

Oh, well, I don't really have any Homework ever, but that's really because I have A) a study hall, but even in there I usually just play games and read articles and B) really easy classes. On occasion I have a book or something to read for the next day of class, so on those days I just read it in the morning before I get to school (I'm a somewhat fast reader -- about 2-3 pages per minute for easy novels)

I have to go to bed prior to 10 pm or else I'll get sick in the mornings. I'm not quite sure what's wrong with me, haha. However, taking my vitamins and getting plenty of sleep makes me altogether a much happier person.

On weekends, I'll go to bed after eleven or before ten. It's weird.

I try to be biphasic, especially during winter when I don't participate in a school sport.

I go home and sleep until about 5, when the house starts filling up with people 9mom, her boyfriend, sometimes his son). I get up, do homework, and probably will end up going back to sleep at 11:00 or later.

I usually get about 8 and a half hours of sleep this way, and I feel great.

Sleeping at 9 PM is possible for me, but my schedule is not that easy (for some veterans it might be, though). I just procrastinate too much, I guess. I usually sleep at 1:00 in the morning.

Going to bed early (9:30-10:30 for me) is a combination of time management and anti-perfectionism. I used to be a perfectionist. Now, I grasp the big picture by listening carefully in class, and I get better grades on tests, lower grades on small assignments, and nearly identical averages as when I nitpicked everything.
Of course, I'm usually doing stuff after school that makes me miss my best working time (3-5 ish), so I end up staying up anyway out of laziness.
