When Does Binghamton Have To Respond To Transfers

I applied as a transfer to SOM in February and still haven’t got a decision yet. A lot of my other colleges require enrollment deposits that are due May 1st. Is there any time I can definitely expect to hear back from Binghamton? Thanks.
