When does Stony Brook give out their financial aid award packages?

<p>I got accepted to Stony Brook for AOI in PreBiomedical Engineering a few months ago. I just wanted to know when their financial aid info was coming out. Did anyone already receive theirs?</p>

<p>Do you have a stony brook on line account? Did you check in? It should probably be there
look under student accounts</p>

<p>yeah i checked under the financial aid section… it just says that I have not yet been offered a financial aid package for this year</p>

<p>Have you applied for financial aid (Fafsa and TAP)? Have you used the IRS data retrieval tool? If you have your SAR, it will tell you what your EFC is and if you are eligible for Pell. </p>

<p>Do your parents make under 80K? You can plug in the numbers from your parents taxes to get an idea of how much TAP (if any) you are eligible for (estimate my TAP award).</p>

<p>yeah i applied for Fafsa and some of my other colleges gave me my award packages… just out of curiosity, did u receive yours already?</p>

<p>I believe Stony Brook starts mailing FA packages on April 1st.</p>

<p>So you should get yours within a week of that date.</p>
