<p>Thats crazy I doubt its overenrolled, UCSB has one of the lowest yield rates of all the UC’s.</p>

<p>It generally has to accept more applicants because SB is so isolated from the bigger cities in North Cal or So Cal. SB itself isn’t as big as cities like L.A, Riverside, etc.</p>

<p>I got a letter in the mail saying that my appeal was considered but they had already reached their enrollment limit for fall 2009. Guess a lot of people decided to go to UCSB this year.</p>
<p>^ I bet the enrollment limit was a lot lower then usual because of budget cuts. I’m so sorry, flipstorm. This year was a horrible year to apply to college.</p>
